The Wilderness Initiation is one of the most powerful experiences I offer. It is a three-day, two-night immersion into nature, community, and yourself, designed to access something that cannot be reached in an office or a studio, no matter how safe the space.
There is something about being in the wild, away from the distractions and comforts of daily life, that allows the body to finally let go of what it has been holding. The wilderness does not judge, rush, or fix. It simply holds space, and that is often exactly what is needed.
Who This Is For
The Wilderness Initiation is for anyone ready to go beyond the comfortable boundaries of their usual healing work. You do not need to be an experienced outdoorsperson, you need to be willing. Willing to be uncomfortable, to sit with what arises, to let the process unfold without controlling it.
Past participants have included people at turning points in their lives, those processing grief or transition, practitioners seeking their own deeper work, and anyone who senses that what they are looking for cannot be found indoors.
This experience integrates everything I have learned over twenty-three years into a single immersive container: cranial sacral work, breathwork, sound healing, somatic dialogue, movement, ceremony, and the healing power of nature itself.
