Book a Virtual SessionWhat's Possible Virtually
Virtual sessions are not a scaled-down version of in-person work. They are a different application of the same principles, and for certain aspects of the work, they go deeper.
Through video, I guide full inner-pillar sessions: parts work, somatic inquiry, nervous system mapping, and breath regulation. These translate with zero loss of depth because the work happens inside your system, not on the table. For many clients, being in their own space actually creates more safety and openness.
I also coach guided self-applied Capacity for Self Bodywork techniques using tools you can have at home: a Suboccipital Release device for the base of the skull, therapy balls, and foam rollers. Your body weight provides the sustained pressure. I guide placement, depth, and timing while reading your responses through the screen.
If you have a partner or caretaker available, I can coach them to provide gentle traction (a light, steady pull on the heels while you lie down). Combined with the Suboccipital Release device, this creates a full-spine decompressive experience from your living room.
How It Works
Connect and Tune In
We meet over video. I assess where your system is today and we set an intention for the session.
Guided Somatic Work
Depending on what is needed: parts work and somatic inquiry, guided self-applied bodywork with tools, breathwork, or meditation, all layered with live-mixed sound.
Integrate and Build Capacity
We close with nervous system regulation and I give you practices to work with on your own between sessions.
The Sound Experience
This is not a tinny video call with background music playing from a phone speaker.
I run a professional audio and video streaming setup that lets me mix my voice over music in real time during sessions. When we move into guided self-applied bodywork, meditation, or breathwork, you hear a properly produced blend of voice guidance and sound on your end.
The music is not decoration. Sound shifts the nervous system in ways that support the release work. The right frequencies at the right moment can move a session from cognitive processing into deep somatic territory. This is one of the things that makes virtual sessions with me feel fundamentally different from a standard telehealth call.
Building Your Own Practice
There is a deeper purpose to virtual work: it trains you to facilitate your own healing process.
In studio sessions, my hands do much of the structural work. Virtually, you learn to read your own signals, find the holding patterns, and apply the tools yourself. Over time, this builds a capacity that stays with you between sessions and long after our work together ends.
This is not a consolation prize for being far away. It is a deliberate path toward self-sufficiency. The clients who develop the strongest relationship with their own healing are often the ones who do a significant portion of their work virtually.
What You Need
To get started, you need:
A stable internet connection and a quiet, private space where you can be undisturbed for 75 minutes. You should be able to lie down comfortably on a mat, carpet, or bed.
Optional tools that deepen the work:
A Suboccipital Release device (for cranial base release), a therapy ball, and a foam roller. I can send you links to the specific tools I recommend, or ship them directly if given enough notice before our first session.
Sessions happen over video call and are available to clients anywhere in the world.
Rewiring the Stress Response
Many clients come working with PTSD, C-PTSD, high stress, or chronic anxiety. I use Somatic Mindfulness to improve neuroplasticity, your nervous system's natural capacity to build new patterns.
When we live in survival mode, our neuro-pathways are paved highways to fear and reaction. By bringing unconditional presence to our internal sensations, we stop reinforcing the old highways and build new roads toward safety, adaptability, and resilience.
This is not just about relaxation, it is about building your capacity to be present with what arises, expanding what your system can hold.
