Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page sets out the refund and cancellation terms for every product and service Wayne Noel offers. The same terms are referenced inside our Terms of Service; this dedicated page exists so the policy is easy to find before you book or buy.
Sessions (single bookings)
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session receive a full refund. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the start time) may be charged a fee up to the full session amount. No-shows are charged the full session price. For mobile sessions, travel fees are non-refundable once the practitioner has departed.
Session packages
Session packages are prepaid bundles sold at a discounted rate. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each package has a validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and cannot be refunded or extended.
Memberships
Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your membership at any time through your client portal or by contacting me. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Unless otherwise specified, unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates do not expire. The certificate value is applied at checkout using the unique gift code provided at purchase.
Human Map Monthly Forecast subscription
The Human Map Monthly Forecast is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You may cancel from your client portal at any time. Future billing stops immediately after cancellation. The current paid period is not pro-rated; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The one-time $299 Deep Dive 10-Year Forecast is non-refundable once the report has been released for review.
Group experiences and retreats
Cancellation policies for group experiences (sound baths, Capacity for Self Dance, retreats, breathwork journeys) are described on each event's registration page. Generally, full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date. Within 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion based on whether the seat can be filled. Multi-day retreats and trips have their own dedicated policies, listed at the time of registration.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Stripe-processed refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. To request a refund, please use our contact form with the booking or order details, or message us through your client portal. We will respond within 2 business days.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first delays resolution and may result in additional fees. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns directly and quickly.
