GROUP SOUND JOURNEYS

Embark on a transformative journey of vibration, music, breathwork, and dance. Begin with a calming sound bath meditation, resting in stillness with your eyes closed. The experience then naturally flows into freeform dance, encouraging your body to move freely and intuitively. The journey concludes with a final sound bath, returning you to stillness and bringing the experience full circle.


SCHEDULE A 3 HOUR SOUND JOURNEY


These gatherings are intentional, conscious, and alcohol-free, creating a safe space for vulnerability and authentic expression. Throughout the journey we abstain from talking, allowing you to turn inward and explore your body’s movements without judgment—of yourself, others, or the unique ways we express through dance and stillness.

I perform at all sorts of gatherings, including music festivals, medicine ceremonies, ecstatic dance, yoga studios, private gatherings, corporate events, retreats & more.

SUGGESTIONS PRIOR TO THE EXPERIENCE

  • Abstain from caffeine, sugar, and heavy meals/food at least 3 hours beforhand.
  • Tech: Phones and smart watches, turn off or put in Airport Mode, set to Do Not Disturb, vibrations set to off, alarms turned off.
  • Notice how difficult it may be to permit yourself to fully unplug from these things. This could be a place where increased awareness may lend itself toward releasing dependency on technology, social media, etc…
  • For journeys at a location that is not my practice in Cotati, please bring a pillow, a yoga mat, and a blanket. (If you are flying in from out of the area and won’t have access to these things, I can provide them for a fee.)

Breathwork

Breathwork influences the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation or alertness by modulating heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels. Controlled breathwork can foster balance and calmness within the body and mind, as well as assist in releasing stuck energy & emotion.

Sound & Music Therapy

Sound healing utilizes the vibrational frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. It involves the use of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create harmonious vibrations that resonate with the body. Sound healing journeys are immersive experiences where individuals engage in sessions or workshops incorporating various sound tools, allowing them to embark on a transformative and meditative exploration of their inner selves through the healing power of sound.
