  • Initial Session ($180)
    (click to pay):

During our initial session we will explore various techniques—such as CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sound Healing, Inner Child Work, and Breathwork—to discover what best supports you.

Things to bring to your first session with me:
    • Calendar/computer/smartphone for scheduling
    • Form of payment (cash/check/venmo/credit card)
    • Come with a beginner’s mind

At the end of the initial session you can let me know if the work resonates with you. If it does, then we can discuss frequency moving forward and things to do in between sessions.

SCHEDULING
Bring your calendar, or whatever you need to schedule addtional appointments together.

PAYMENT
The cost for your session will be $180 for incalls in Cotati. For outcalls or other services the price varies. I prefer to handle the money exchange in the beginning of the session before you are super relaxed. Cash is the preferred method of payment. I also accept checks, Venmo, and Credit Card.

INTENTION
If you have 5 minutes the night before and morning of, I encourage you to spend a few minutes reflecting on what you hope to get from this session. It is also always a good practice to imagine showing up with a beginner’s mind, even if you’ve heard it all before, this encourages a more coachable disposition.

A good bet is comfortable loose fitting clothing, with yoga shorts/boxer briefs, and a sports bra (if applicable).

    75 minutes
How much do you charge for in person private sessions (and do you offer any discounts)?
    • When you come to me in Cotati, sessions are $180.
    • For incalls in Cotati, I also offer 6 session discounted packages where you basically pay for 5 and get the 6th session free. These package sessions expire 7 months after purchase, and are non-refundable & non-transferable. Click here to purchase a discounted incall package.

What are the main components of your work?
    • Somatics – Mind/Body Connection
    • Suggestive Touch (CranioSacral Therapy & Myofascial Release), instead of forceful touch (Deep Tissue Massage)
    • Inner Child/Parts Work – Grounded Self (regulated) vs Activated Parts (dysregulated)
    • Energetic Balancing (through release and cultivation)
    • Welcoming all of you (including the parts that you hide)
    • Sound – Vibrations & Music (Sound Baths & Journeys)
    • Breath – Slow, Deep, Continuous Breath (without pausing)
    • Presence & Allowance – If you are not present, you can’t heal. Presence is being here, now, with what is, with neutrality and curiosity. Allowance is not judging what you are present to or trying to force it to be anything other than what it is right now.
What am I supposed to do in between sessions with you?
While individual recommendations are tailored to each person, there are a few universal daily habits that benefit everyone:
    • Walk for at least 30 minutes (can be split up)
    • Drink at least 80 ounces of water
    • Sleep at least 6 hours
    • Maintain a balanced caloric intake suited to your age, size, and activity level
    • Take a high-quality multivitamin (preferably a fermented whole-food variety, rather than synthetic)
If any of these feel challenging, please reach out—I can help make these shifts more manageable. Building this foundation of daily self-care is essential, as neglecting it often leads to issues that may be misdiagnosed or overlooked.

    Sound & Music Therapy

Sound healing utilizes the vibrational frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. It involves the use of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create harmonious vibrations that resonate with the body. Sound healing journeys are immersive experiences where individuals engage in sessions or workshops incorporating various sound tools, allowing them to embark on a transformative and meditative exploration of their inner selves through the healing power of sound.
