ENERGETIC BALANCING

Everything has it’s own energetic signature. After being highly sensitive to the energies of others for decades, I now embrace my ability to connect with them. Join me for an experience of energetic balancing and relaxing mindfulness. One important distinction between the way I work with energy compared with some others (especially some Reiki practitioners), is how I facilitate a connection with you and your body to move the energy yourself -instead of moving it for you. I believe this distinction to be very important as to not impose my own thoughts of what I feel is most important onto you or your karma, and rather let your subconscious and conscious energetic bodies work together with my support.


REN SHEN STYLE REIKI

I am a certified 7th generation Usui-Takata Reiki Master and teacher of the Usui Method of Natural Healing . My Reiki mentor is Marion Hakata. I often combine my intuition with Ren-Shen style acupressure and my Reiki technique, where I facilitate a balancing of the body’s pulse in two separate points. This has a deep impact on the central nervous system, promoting physical and emotional well-being.

Breathwork

Breathwork influences the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation or alertness by modulating heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels. Controlled breathwork can foster balance and calmness within the body and mind, as well as assist in releasing stuck energy & emotion.

Sound & Music Therapy

Sound healing utilizes the vibrational frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. It involves the use of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create harmonious vibrations that resonate with the body. Sound healing journeys are immersive experiences where individuals engage in sessions or workshops incorporating various sound tools, allowing them to embark on a transformative and meditative exploration of their inner selves through the healing power of sound.

Myofascial Release (MFR) - John F Barne's Approach

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a manual therapy technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs.
