GROUP SOUND BATHS

Vibrational sound, calming instruments, and conscious breath are harmoniously blended to offer you a chance to slow down and reconnect with the often-overlooked parts of yourself amid the fast pace of daily life. Participants are gently guided inward, cultivating deeper awareness and presence.


SCHEDULE A 1 HOUR SOUND BATH


The rich, grounding tones of extra-large singing bowls anchor you in your body, while ethereal tones of chimes and handpans invite a dissociative release, allowing you to drift into spirit. The bold, immersive sound of the large gongs adds a beautifully contrasting layer that loosens up stuckness throughout your entire being. Throughout the journey, subtle soundscapes—featuring wind, rain, the human voice, and sounds of forest animals—are thoughtfully woven in, enhancing the experience at just the right moments.

I perform at a wide variety of events, including music festivals, medicine ceremonies, ecstatic dance sessions, yoga studios, private gatherings, corporate events, retreats, and more.

SUGGESTIONS PRIOR TO THE EXPERIENCE

  • Abstain from caffeine, sugar, and heavy meals/food at least 3 hours beforhand.
  • Tech: Phones and smart watches, turn off or put in Airport Mode, set to Do Not Disturb, vibrations set to off, alarms turned off.
  • Notice how difficult it may be to permit yourself to fully unplug from these things. This could be a place where increased awareness may lend itself toward releasing dependency on technology, social media, etc…
  • For journeys at a location that is not my practice in Cotati, please bring a pillow, a yoga mat, and a blanket. (If you are flying in from out of the area and won’t have access to these things, I can provide them for a fee.)

THE SCIENCE

Vibrational sound healing penetrates the body’s cell walls, reaching into the cytoplasm and helping to reset cells to a more neutral state. This process aids in relieving emotions, stress, allergies, physical tension, and calming the nervous system—shifting it from a fight-or-flight response to a state of relaxation.

I use large perfect pitch crystal singing bowls and traditional chinese gongs, some of the largest available, which add an incredible depth of penetrating vibrational resonance to my treatments.
