Sometimes the most important thing you can do for your healing is to step away from everyday life and fully immerse yourself in the work. My retreats offer that space, a dedicated container where you can slow down, turn inward, and access the parts of yourself that daily life keeps buried.
Each retreat integrates the full Capacity for Self Method™: bodywork, breathwork, sound healing, somatic parts work, movement, meditation, and nature-based practices. The pace is intentional, challenging enough to break through patterns, gentle enough to feel safe doing so.

My retreats welcome people at every stage of their healing journey. Whether you are just beginning to explore somatic work or you have been doing this work for years and want to go deeper, the retreat format creates space for wherever you are.
Past retreat participants have included people working through chronic pain, trauma survivors, caregivers and healthcare providers seeking their own restoration, and anyone who senses there is something beneath the surface that daily life does not allow them to reach.
