Community Sound Bath

An hour of crystal singing bowls, a gong and chimes in the studio in Cotati, on the second Wednesday of every month. You choose what you pay, $15 to $30.

Here's how it goes. You lie down on a mat with a blanket over you and get comfortable. The bowls are played a short distance from where you're lying, and the first ten minutes are slow on purpose. I'm not going to ask you to believe anything about frequency or energy. I'm going to ask you to lie down and notice.

You can't do this wrong. Some people fall asleep (that's fine). Some feel a lot, some feel very little. Your body sets the pace, not the schedule.

Come a few minutes early to settle in. Mats, cushions and blankets are here for you, so wear something comfortable and layered, and bring an eye mask if you like one.

There are twenty spots. Pick your price when you register, anywhere from $15 to $30, and your spot is confirmed once you've paid.
