Somatic Support for Clients Living with TMJ & Tinnitus
TMJ dysfunction and tinnitus are closely connected through the fascial networks of the jaw, temporal bones, and inner ear. These conditions often reflect deeper patterns of tension, stress, and nervous system activation.
What to Expect
TMJ and tinnitus respond well to a combination of intra-oral work (gentle pressure inside the mouth on jaw muscles), cranial work on the temporal bones, and stress reduction. Most clients notice reduced jaw tension and clicking within 2 to 3 sessions. Tinnitus reduction is more gradual but often follows as the overall tension patterns release.
