About Me

Wayne Noel, CST, MFR, RMT

MY APPROACH

Many people today use terms like Shaman, Quantum Healer, Lightworker, Theta Healer, Spiritual Guide, Energy Worker, or simply Healer to describe those of us who support others in transformation. While I don’t rely on labels, I honor their intention. These terms touch on the deep work of helping others return to their own clarity, power, and essence. My work is grounded in presence, nature, and the intention to bridge physical experience with the energetic and spiritual dimension of being.

I offer a unique healing experience where each session is a personalized blend of seven foundational therapies:

Together, these modalities create an organic path to your wellness.

I bring a huge heart into my work, and the combination of my capacity to love with the depth of presence I offer can be deeply healing on its own. When I’m with you, I am fully present, allowing your truest self to feel seen, accepted, loved, held, and cared for.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

For over 20 years, I have been deeply immersed in the realms of healing, growth, and transformation. I have participated in and facilitated a wide range of workshops, certifications, and trainings. My journey includes advanced modalities such as CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sound and Music Therapy, and Reiki (as a 7th-generation Usui master teacher). I have also trained in The Tamura Method, Inner Child Parts Work, Somatic Mindfulness (including Hakomi), Shamanic Journeys and Meditation, The Mankind Project New Warrior and PIT training, Landmark courses (Forum, Advanced Course, Communications Course, and The Wisdom Course), Life Coaching, Men of Spirit men’s group work and initiation through Francis Weller, plant medicine guide work, and mindfulness-centered somatic therapy.

My training in Native American and African Shamanism, as well as Shamanic Reiki Drumming, has given me a profound appreciation for ancestral wisdom and the power of ritual. I’ve had the privilege of learning in ceremonial spaces where the veil between worlds is thin, where healing happens beyond words. Unlike traditions where the shaman performs the journey on behalf of the client, I guide you to journey on your own behalf, with my support and intention.

Through ceremony, meditation, ritual, and deep presence, I help clients cultivate a more embodied connection to themselves, the living world around them, and the inner voice that knows the way forward. When we align with nature, spirit, and our own inner truth, healing becomes inevitable—and purpose, unmistakable.

This, along with music, is my lifelong passion.

MY BELIEF

Human beings are composed of both tangible (body) and intangible (spirit) energy. Through bodywork, active listening, breathwork, mind/body awareness, meditation, and sound, I assist my clients in shifting this energy, releasing stress and grief to make way for peace and vitality. Each person is unique, and I use my intuition to support their needs organically. During a session, it is crucial to create a safe, judgment-free environment where trust can be built, facilitating release on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

I am simply someone who has walked into my own shadows and returned with gifts. My role is not to fix, but to serve as an instrument—someone who holds space for what wants to emerge. I offer a steady presence that listens beyond words and helps bring the unseen into focus, so you can reconnect with what truly matters in your life and lineage.

MY INTENTION DURING A SESSION

I bring a focused and intentional approach to my treatments, creating a safe space, a strong container, and a calm environment. My aim is for you to experience a profound sense of openness and letting go during our sessions together.

Breathwork

Breathwork influences the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation or alertness by modulating heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels. Controlled breathwork can foster balance and calmness within the body and mind, as well as assist in releasing stuck energy & emotion.

Sound & Music Therapy

Sound healing utilizes the vibrational frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. It involves the use of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create harmonious vibrations that resonate with the body. Sound healing journeys are immersive experiences where individuals engage in sessions or workshops incorporating various sound tools, allowing them to embark on a transformative and meditative exploration of their inner selves through the healing power of sound.

Inner Child / IFS / Tamura Method

Inner parts work, including approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and The Tamura Method, involves exploring and understanding different facets of one's psyche or internal "parts." These parts represent distinct aspects of an individual's personality, emotions, and experiences. Through therapeutic interventions, individuals can foster self-awareness, integrate these parts, and promote emotional healing and growth.

Myofascial Release (MFR) - John F Barne's Approach

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a manual therapy technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. Barnes' approach involves sustained pressure and stretching to facilitate the release of fascial restrictions, promoting improved flexibility, range of motion, and alleviation of pain. Addressing fascial restrictions can have positive effects on past trauma trapped in the tissue, as well as overall well-being by addressing the root causes of physical discomfort and dysfunction.
