Bridging the Gap Between Psychology & Physiology

“I don’t analyze the mind, and I don’t treat the body. I integrate them.”

Wayne Noel, CST, MFR, RMT

MY APPROACH

Many people today use terms like Shaman, Quantum Healer, Lightworker, Theta Healer, Spiritual Guide, Energy Worker, or simply Healer to describe those of us who support others in transformation. While I don’t rely on labels, I honor their intention. At its core, my work is about helping people reconnect with their own clarity, strength, and true nature; bridging the physical world with the deeper energetic and spiritual layers of existence through presence and connection to the natural world.

Bridging Mind and Body

Early in my training to become a licensed psychotherapist, I discovered a fundamental limitation in conventional therapy: it primarily addresses the mind through talk and cognitive insight, while largely overlooking the body’s stored tension, trauma, and survival patterns. Clients would gain profound intellectual understanding of their pain, yet their physiology remained unchanged, anxious, contracted, frozen.

This insight shifted my path. I left the traditional psychotherapy track to study somatic bodywork, including CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Release. Yet I noticed the reverse gap: many bodyworkers were unequipped to navigate the intense emotions that surface during physical release, just as many therapists lacked the hands-on skills to dissolve bodily armor.

I chose to integrate both. I developed the Triad Integration Method of Embodiment (T.I.M.E.), a framework that allows mind and body to communicate directly, without forcing you to choose one over the other.

Each session weaves together seven core modalities:

These elements combine naturally to support deep, lasting healing.

At the heart of my work is genuine care and unwavering presence. Many clients find that simply being fully seen and held in that space brings profound restoration on its own.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Over Two Decades of Dedicated Practice: For more than twenty years, I have immersed myself in the fields of healing, personal growth, and transformation; both as participant and facilitator across diverse trainings and workshops. My background includes:

  • Somatic & Energy Medicine: CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sound and Music Therapy, and Reiki ( I am a 7th-generation Usui master teacher).
  • Psychological & Parts Work: The Tamura Method, Inner Child Parts Work, and Hakomi-inspired somatic mindfulness.
  • Personal Growth & Leadership: Mankind Project New Warrior Training and PIT, Landmark programs (Forum, Advanced, Communication, and Wisdom Courses), Life Coaching, and Men of Spirit men’s group facilitation.
  • Ancestral & Ritual Work: Initiation with Francis Weller, plant medicine guidance, and mindfulness-based somatic therapy.

Ancestral Influences and Shamanic Foundations

My work is profoundly informed by Native American and West African ancestral traditions, along with Shamanic Reiki Drumming. These lineages remind us that healing is sacred, a ritual that gently thins the boundary between the physical and spiritual realms to reveal deeper wisdom.

Unlike approaches where the practitioner journeys on behalf of the client, I focus on collaborative empowerment. I hold steady, intentional space so you can undertake your own journey, reclaiming direct access to spirit and inner knowing.

Through ceremony, meditation, ritual, and presence, I support clients in deepening their embodied connection to self, the living earth, and the quiet inner guidance that always knows the next step.

This, along with music, is my lifelong passion.

MY BELIEF

We are made of both physical form and spiritual energy. Through hands-on bodywork, deep listening, conscious breath, somatic awareness, meditation, and healing sound, I guide clients to move stuck energy, releasing held stress and grief. So clarity, peace, and aliveness can return.

Every person is unique, so I meet you intuitively, allowing the session to unfold organically. The foundation is always a safe, non-judgmental space where trust grows naturally, inviting release across physical, emotional, and spiritual layers.

I am simply someone who has sat with my own darkness and come back with hard-won gifts. My role is not to fix you, but to serve as a clear instrument, holding space for whatever needs to emerge, listening beyond words, and helping the unseen become visible so you can reclaim what truly matters to you.

MY INTENTION DURING A SESSION

I bring a focused and intentional approach to my treatments, creating a safe space, a strong container, and a calm environment. My aim is for you to experience a profound sense of openness and letting go during our sessions together.

New Clients

I warmly welcome every new client with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation gives us a chance to connect. I’ll learn about your needs, and you’ll gain a deeper understanding of my unique methods.

Breathwork

Breathwork influences the autonomic nervous system, promoting relaxation or alertness by modulating heart rate, blood pressure, and stress levels. Controlled breathwork can foster balance and calmness within the body and mind, as well as assist in releasing stuck energy & emotion.

Sound & Music Therapy

Sound healing utilizes the vibrational frequencies of sound to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. It involves the use of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create harmonious vibrations that resonate with the body. Sound healing journeys are immersive experiences where individuals engage in sessions or workshops incorporating various sound tools, allowing them to embark on a transformative and meditative exploration of their inner selves through the healing power of sound.

Inner Child / IFS / Tamura Method

Inner parts work, including approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and The Tamura Method, involves exploring and understanding different facets of one's psyche or internal "parts." These parts represent distinct aspects of an individual's personality, emotions, and experiences. Through therapeutic interventions, individuals can foster self-awareness, integrate these parts, and promote emotional healing and growth.

Myofascial Release (MFR) - John F Barne's Approach

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a manual therapy technique that focuses on releasing tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. Barnes' approach involves sustained pressure and stretching to facilitate the release of fascial restrictions, promoting improved flexibility, range of motion, and alleviation of pain. Addressing fascial restrictions can have positive effects on past trauma trapped in the tissue, as well as overall well-being by addressing the root causes of physical discomfort and dysfunction.

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle alternative therapy that involves manipulating the craniosacral system, which encompasses the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. It employs subtle touch and manipulation techniques to identify and address imbalances in this system, aiming to enhance the body's natural healing abilities.

Somatic Awareness

Somatic mindfullness and coaching is a holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and spirit.
