Autoimmune Flare-Ups are a warning sign. They are meant to tell us our body is entering into a toxic state and that we need to shift the way we create, feel, hold, and ignore stress. I have worked with many people who were diagnosed with autoimmune disorders and In my experience, many of these clients also recognized that high stress was a significant factor in their lives before their symptoms began. Working with stress, alongside their medical care, was a meaningful part of their journey.
